Carbide bar rod blanks are carbide cutting tools which are suitable for different rough grinding parameters, cutting materials as well as non-metallic materials. At the same time, carbide bars can also be used in conventional automatic and semi-automatic lathes, etc.
The main processes are: powder making → formulation according to the application requirements → wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → sieving → then adding the forming agent → drying again → sieving to make the mixture → granulation → pressing → forming → low pressure sintering → forming (rough) → cylindrical grinding fine grinding (rough does not have this process) → checking the size → packaging → storage.
