Jetvision Finishes Production of Cemented Carbide Teeth for Peru Mining Customer

Jetvision has completed production and full quality inspection of carbide cutting picks for a Peru mining client. All hard metal teeth are qualified and ready for export to support local hard rock mining projects.

Jetvision, a professional manufacturer of mining carbide tools, has successfully finished the full production process of customized carbide teeth for a Peru customer. After strict factory testing, the entire batch of mining cutting picks has met international export standards and is ready for shipment to Peru.

Peru features abundant mineral resources and complex hard rock mining conditions. Local mining operations require cutting tools with high wear resistance, high impact resistance and stable mechanical performance. Ordinary cutting picks are easy to wear and break under long term high load working conditions, resulting in frequent replacement and increased operating costs.

The pick bodies are made of high strength alloy steel with precise forging and heat treatment. By adopting professional vacuum brazing technology, the combination between the carbide tip and the steel body is firm and reliable, effectively avoiding alloy falling off during mining work.

Before delivery, all products have passed comprehensive quality inspection, including dimensional tolerance check, hardness testing and ultrasonic flaw detection.
