Cemented Carbide Brazed Tips refer to a specific grade and style of cutting inserts or tips that are brazed (joined using a filler metal) onto tool holders, commonly used in metal cutting, turning, milling, or boring operations.
Cemented carbide brazed tips are small cutting inserts made of tungsten carbide (WC) bonded with a metal binder (usually cobalt), which are brazed (permanently soldered) onto a steel tool holder or shank. These tips form the cutting edge of the tool.
They're used extensively in metal cutting operations, especially in turning, milling, planing, and boring.
Typical Applications: Turning tools;Milling cutters;Boring bars;Planing tools;Woodworking (hard woods, MDF), etc
