Using high strength and high toughness tungsten carbide button can improve the
impact resistance of teeth and reduce the rate of broken teeth.
The optimized number of button row, button number, button height and unique
shape of alloy teeth give full play to the cutting capacity and speed of the
bit.
Use clip spring to lock the cone, which can withstand high drilling pressure.
Insert and weld anti-wear alloy in the inner hole of the cone to improve the
anti-occlusion ability of the bearing.
The reliability of bearing seal is improved by using O-ring with high
saturation NBR.
The use of all-rubber oil storage bags which can limit the pressure difference
and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system provides good
lubrication for the bearing system, ensures the normal operation of the O-ring
and improves the working life of the bit.
A new type of grease with high temperature and low wear resistance of 250 C is
used to improve the high temperature resistance of the sealing and lubricating
system of drill bits.
