Sharp edge: The knife edge is sharp, smooth and durable, imported precision processing equipment can process a variety of non-standard products to ensure the precision of the products, guarantee the edges of products cut by knife without burr and dent.
Production and Test of Carbide Spin Milling Blades
First step ----- Once the order is confirmed, carbide fiber cutting blade products will start to prepare the RTP powder
Second step ---- Before mass production, we need to do a trial pressing and sintering using every mould, and we check the appearances and the sizes of carbide fiber cutting blade samples .
Third step ----- Bulk production ,press the raw materials to shape blanks.
Fourth step ------ Then sinter blanks to finish (HIP) and finished carbide fiber cutting blade products inspection ensure the best quality and production capacity.
Packing and Delivery:
1. Rubber protector for cutting edges, blade in bubble pack, carton case.
Max 10 pcs blades in one carton case.
2. Exterior packaging: carton or wooden case.
3. Other packaging upon your request.
