Tungsten carbide tube for geological drilling is a steel tube used for core drilling, which can be divided into drill tubes, drill collar, core tube, casing and settling tube according to its use. The Tungsten carbide oil drilling tube is a seamless steel tube used for oil drilling.
As a drilling
tube, compared with steel drilling tube, it has the characteristics of
corrosion resistance, high hardness, low operation cost and excellent drilling
performance;
In the field of petrochemical industry, it has the characteristics of good wear
resistance, corrosion resistance and chemical stability;
Carbide tube has high wear resistance and high hardness, all products pass non-destructive ultrasonic flaw detection, no blisters, no porosity, high material density, high resistance to impact, long life.
Application: Main used for making various drill bits, automobile
special cutter, printed circuit board ,special cutters, engine special cutters,
horologe,processing special cutters, integral vertical milling cutter, graver
and etc. Besides, they can be used for making of cemented carbide stamping
head,core bar & perforation tools.
Size of carbidetubes: Diameter from 1.0mm to 30mm , lengthbetween 10-400 mm(standard length is 330 mm).
